Print a Report

Post by Ines_Oliveira » Tue May 30, 2017 3:25 pm

I everyone.
My name is Inês, I am from Portugal, I am a physiotherapist and an osteopath and I have been working with the physiospect for 2 years.
I never had the need to print a report, and now some patients are asking.
When I ask to the computer to print nothing happens. It just works if I connect a printer to the cp??
Can we export some information about the diagnosis to the report or just the image and we have to write ourselves?
Sometimes I have difficulties do open the problem, it is too slow. It is because of the computer or the program of physiospect?

I glad to join to this forum. I think it will be very helpful.

Hi Ines.
When you want to print a report go to "Print research"
On the 17 click on "Print epicrisis" and your report will be printed.

The 23 is sligthly different. There are 2 ways.
Here you also first go to "Print research"
You can, as for the 17, click on "Print epicrisis" and the report will be printed.
Or you can click on "Epicrisis" and then click on "Report" and a nice report format will come up.
To print click on the printer button top left.
I hope this helps.
Any questions just post it.

Hi Frank,

I have been trying but still I can't do it. I think maybe because the program is not recognising da printer.
I will try one more time.

I also want to ask how can I save my patients informations, just click "save to disc" ??
Because I notice that the program runs very slowly if there are many patients in database.

Thank you for the help! :D

Dear Ines.
I don't know why you can't print.
Perhaps it would be better to do a Skype on this?

Yes, it is neccesary to clean out your copmuter regularely.
Here is the procedure:

The patient’s data is stored on the computer disk.
If your program is crashing frequently I would definitely delete all patient’s data from the disk and store it on a different drive, external disk or on an external stick.
I prefer to have it on a stick.
You will not delete the data and it is very easy to restore it.

Here is the procedure:
Click on "SAVE TO DISK"
Now tick off the clients that you wish to save.
Click on "COPY"
Click on "Copy to disk"
Now select the drive where you have the stick Type in a name in directory Name For inst:
E:\ Phil
Click on: OK
You can save everything here, or you can create a number of Directories with different names.
Now you are back on the Copy research page.
You will have the saved clients in the right hand Colum. Click on clear.

Now you exit the program and go to SETTINGS.
Click on "Administrator"
If you click on " Delete card file" the client and all information will be deleted.
If you click on "Delete by date" all records prior to the date selected will be eliminated.

Now "Excite" and click on "Reception of clients"
If you have deleted everything you will have a page with no clients.
Go to "Save to disk"
In the upper left hand corner, you will have "From programs"
Scroll down and it will change to "Into programs"
If you have made more than one directory select the one you want.
Maybe to begin with till you get the hang of it, you should only have one directory.
Click on OK

Click on "Copy" and BINGO!! All deleted data and clients that you have selected are restored.
If you only wish to restore one client you untick the ones that you do not want, you do not have to re-enter anything.
Click on "exit" and it is all there.

My program hardly ever crashes.
But I keep it clean and save any and all data that I wish to keep to an external stick.
When you do this your program should stop crashing, and it will run much faster.

You will also find that your readings will be more accurate.
But it also seems that if you have a client that you are giving frequent therapies to, the readings after a while are too good.
If you delete all data for that client and reinstall him/her, your readings will be different.
